Character creation (including buying skills, answering the questionnaire, etc.) has been turned on for the site. Have fun!
You will probably need to manually reload the page to see the new features. (If in doubt, you can even try emptying your browser cache, though that shouldn't be necessary.)
Before you actually attend an event as a character, you have plenty of freedom to rename characters, rebuild them, etc. You don't need to create "test" characters, and if you do, you can re-use them as real characters with real names later.
Because the game is new, staff is deep in the plotwriting woods, and every one of you will be playing a new character, it will be awhile before staff can properly respond to character creation --- in particular, we will probably not publish 'staff notes' to anyone for several weeks (perhaps the end of July).

There is (was) a bug, where character name gets duplicated as pronouns (but only on first creation). Fixed now; reload the page to get the fix.
