You can now spend your draws (volunteering currency). Go to your profile page, and under the "Volunteering" section you should find a "Spend Draws" button. Through the UI, you can select your expendable(s) and even preview how the expendables work.
Generally, the expendables you select will be printed for you for the next event you attend as a player. There are some exceptions and other details; notably, if you spend draws less than one week before the event, they will roll over to the next event.
Bonus: you can access the UI, and preview the expendables, even if you don't have draws to spend. This way, you can familiarize yourself with how most of the expendables in game work.
