The Western Border runs almost all the way north to the coast along the western edge of Ehkoron, where it meets the edge of Hanarus.

Far to the North, almost where the border meets the cliffs of the sea, is the Jade Tower.

Further South are a number of villages that spend the rainy winter months isolated from outsiders. Then in the Spring when the rains have eased they open all their gates and each village hosts a festival or fair, so that one could go from town to town in a continual celebration of Spring called the Fair Line. Villagers sell the handicrafts they made when cooped up in their homes, and exchange news with their neighbors of what has passed in the recent months. Rooftops are turned into gardens, by a combination of the plant matter used in roofing and the constant wet of winter. It is common for home owners to seed their rooves with particularly attractive flowers, while claiming it occurred naturally. Having the most bountiful display on one's roof is considered an honor.
